Copenhagen Blurb Book Spreads

So bear with me on this one, and imagine, if you will, that these are spreads for separate books.

We were given an assignment in my Study Abroad class to create four two-page spreads comparing two of the firms that we visited while overseas, and we were told that eventually we would choose the best spread from each of the students and compile them into a book. I tried several different aesthetics to try and make choosing easier, and then I narrowed it down to the orange and blue Sparks spread and the black and green Make spread.

I decided on this first spread, mostly because it flattered both of the firms that I examined more equally than the other one did, though I believe the second was stronger compositionally. The final spread was another favorite of mine, on a side note.
